The product can accept a lower degree of surface preparation if blast cleaning is not possible or desired. Transpoxy Unicote BT can be applied over Powertool cleaned substrate as well as UHP water jetted substrate.<br \/>\nThe product is exceptionally suitable for repairs in and refurbishment of water ballast tanks and can be applied to damp substrates. As such, Transpoxy Unicote BT has passed the Turkish Navy specifications for ballast tank protection.
